Disappointing that new arrangements to handle my MOT were with the Sales Team following new dealership in former dedicated service reception. Not clear who I should approach. This year I had to wait over 2 hours double of a year ago

My car was picked up from home by Mark who was very helpful and considerate and pleasant. The car had to stay overnight as it required parts which was not a problem when car was ready to come back they called to say they were on there way.

Friendly and helpful staff, allowing me to work on my laptop whilst my car was serviced. Answered any questions I had and one of the sales staff even helped me look round an i4 whilst I was waiting. Plus the coffee was pretty good too!

Good communication, speedy work. Only downside was that washing wasn't available and it was messy. Maybe a windscreen clean could have been executed as I'd paid for new wiper blades.

I come for my head unit to be coded and then when completed told me I have a stage 1 on the car and that it's now been removed instead of asking me if I still wanted to go ahead because now I have to pay out 350 pound again to get it mapped again

The team done what they could by the means of plugging my vehicle into the computer! Computer says it's ok. I Still have the issue! As if people can literally take another day off to drop my vehicle back in overnight so the computer can say it's ok.
