In 17 years with BMW this was the worst. Mainly down to poor communications and poor responses to my requests for information. Such a shame after an excellent service to date. Things have certainly changed.I have reset my expectations completely.

Generally ok except that within 2 days of getting the car back I needed to put air in all 4 tyres. They were at 2.1bar versus a recommendation of 2.5bar. Maybe it is just not routine to check Tyre pressures on a Vehicle Health Check?

I want to highlight two issue: 1. the poor service record for my current car, 2. disrespectful behaviour of the staff from service team. 3. No communication from BMW Listers Kings Lynn while my car was kept for a week there.
