The process wasn't quick, we spent hours reviewing specifications, unlimited demo vehicle access lots of back and forth on my journey. The handover was a lovely experience, a real personal touch that made me feel a valued customer.

I was very satisfied with the personal service from the centre, however the multitude of documents requiring signature on line and in particular the different apps required to be able to read and sign them was tiresome..

Welcoming professional dealership where the customer matters. Pleasant staff and sales executive that knew his product thoroughly and was professional from the first contact. The most thorough and comprehensive vehicle hand over we have ever had.

As above. The previous visit had a courtesy vehicle check which highlighted a broken grill. This was noted and priced on the service video but despite agreeing to the work I haven't heard anything about getting it replaced.

Would have given 5 stars but the courtesy we was given a brand new 3 series bmw so totally dirty!! It hadn't been cleaned inside or outside and we had to clean the number plate!! I'm surprised bmw gave us a car in this state of cleanliness
