Jack Chapman was extremely helpful and helped me decide that it was time to move from a 5 Series to a 4 Series coupe. He also gave me a great deal on the price and kept me up to date during the wait for it to be built. The handover was excellent.

I cannot praise the staff at Listers BMW highly enough they were very professional yet welcoming, patient, accommodating with appt times, sent emails to confirm costs and only did the work on my car that needed to be done

Always try hard to deliver a super customer experience. I enjoyed the courtesy car and the cup of tea. Tom was kind and helpful too. As always the vehicle was delivered on time cleaned and polished. Expensive but excellent.

Not sure how I would know but I think they may have replaced my airbag as per the recall but I have no proof
