My wife and I were treated with the utmost respect. The sales team explained every little detail without being overbearing, taking their time. When the new car was uncovered we were over the moon with the presentation by the young lady, first class.

Service by workmen excellent but we were asked to bring car at 10.00am and the car hadn't moved by 1.00pm so we were there over 4 hours.Is this necessary?

I have but been called as agreed and had to drive to the garage to find out the status of repair. BMW team did not check wheel alignment despite the fact that I have asked for it to be done.
