The inspection of the car and the information provided by the video was good but they failed to report the mileage of the car. it was in km but they wrote it in miles. In the case of service or MOT this was a problem.

In these Covid times, the service was very well organised and safe. The costs were fully explained. I received a video report of the service and additional items to carry out. The car was ready, cleaned and hoovered, at the appointed time.
