Firstly they weren’t expecting me as they had the date for my booking wrong. They overcame that hurdle.Secondly I asked for a wheel alignment but that wasn’t possible as the machine was broken. The car wasn’t washed because the wash bay was flooded

When I rang Listers about my car's water loss they couldn't fit it in for over a week. BMW Assist told me to take the car to Listers and it was fixed the next day, so why the original long wait?

Kings Lynn branch has a very high standard, always helpful and great coffee in the waiting area.

From the start to booking in to then arriving for service the service levels were excellent, driver waiting to take me home, called to advise when car was ready and that everything was fine really pleased with service, especially from Matthew

Disappointing to arrive and find they had no note of my request for a lift into my office & £5 part for the rear wiper I had explained I needed when booking had not been ordered, requiring me to come back on another day. The staff were friendly.
