Carried out scheduled service but were unable to assist with driveshaft issue raised on MOT so had to travel round trip over 200 miles to have completed at my previous servicing dealer - Sytner of Chigwell

Took my X3 in for recall work had not visited Lister's King's Lynn before but I was made to feel very welcome staff looked after my car and even completed a safety check with a video sent to my email showing the underside of the car. Excellent

I would have given zero stars if I could. I was advised of the work explained previously but I complained that I felt a reputable garage should have advised to replace callipers which were original, 13 years old and at the time 92000 miles. !!

Our salesman was fantastic, we have dealt with him on a number of occasions and he feels like part of the family. He kept us informed throughout the process and also called a few days after receipt of the car to ensure everything was ok
