Some sales people are pushy and smarmy whereas I always feel respected and listened to at BMW. I've purchased cars many times before and they've always spoken to my husband rather than me/both of us. I've never experienced anything like this at BMW.

Team is always polite and courteous and generally offer a high standard of customer care. On the bodywork inspection they carried out the findings were carefully explained, however can't mark listers down as they don't make the warranty rules.

what was I thought a simple replacement of a door lock amongst other minor replacements, has turned into a bit of an annoyance, had to return due to noisy rattling in door of replacement lock, needed extra clips apparently, but its still making noise
