Our salesman was fantastic, we have dealt with him on a number of occasions and he feels like part of the family. He kept us informed throughout the process and also called a few days after receipt of the car to ensure everything was ok

Always responded quickly. Its a shame BMW cant automate some of the delivery timelines as didnt want to bother Grace!
