Having access to a courtesy car sooner would have been appreciated, however the service I received was excellent and I would happily use again.
They did the work quickly and cleaned the car
Kept informed throughout. Coffee was good and full explanation given at the end.
We had forgotten to ask some questions so therefore we just popped in store with no appointment and was seen straight away felt very valued they also gave us some information on things we didn't think of at the time which was really helpful to us.
The service was dealt with efficiently and in an extremely courteous and timely manner. My only query, which I only realised when returning home, was the additional 20+ miles added when carrying out the road test. Is this excessive?

Service was excellent and attentive even though it was the day before a major sales event.
Jack Wilson in the service department was fantastic. Polite, helpful and communicated with me all the time to let me know how things were going and when my car would be ready. The welcome from reception was also very impressive on all visits.

Warm and friendly - good communication to keep you updated as to how the vehicle is progressing - second to none.
There was a problem with my service as the mechanic accidentally forgot to replace the dipstick and left it lying in the engine bay. It caused some oil loss (picked up by the vehicle's monitoring system) and oil spray under the bonnet.
Left waiting for 25 minutes to collect my car whilst service person was showing other customer different cars in the showroom. It literally took 2 minutes to pay for the service and collect my keys. Another member of staff dealt with me in the end.

Car broke down, was towed in, they just took care of it. Great communication , telling me what was going on and helpful in every way.

Service was not completed correctly, Oil Filter was not put/on replaced correctly, cause large spills on my drive. even when I took the car back in for correction not even an apology or offer to pay for my Brick Weave drive cleaning £160.00 out.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The investigation was done at the time agreed.The car was returned cleaned inside and out. The only problem was that the car's seat position was completely wrong and the Driver 1 settings had been lost!

Can't tell the inside of a tyre from the outside and don't return phone calls, very poor.
Always well looked after and kept advised of progress
When hoovering the car, bits of debris in a couple of the pockets were ignored. Was annoyed that programs/settings were changed so that radio stations saved were deleted and phone connections disconnected - had to redo all. Nobody warned me of this.
Passenger seat belt fault which means I have to return car for second time to see if faulty can be fixed. However, good experience.
No fault with work on the car or service given by the branch, but on return, the cream leather drivers seat & door panel had black grease stains on them. Clearly someone had got in with greasy overalls & not covered the seat.
Interested in my needs and willingness to meet those needs.

An out of shape tyre was diagnosed as the cause of brake shudder. I changed all tyres at Bush Tyres only to find that the nearside wheel is out of shape. I believe this was like this when I puchased the car in April.If you want to know more, email me

Did exactly what they said they would do and communicated within the time frames they said they would and also ring back immediately if you rang - very refreshing! Ruth understands what customer service and interaction is all about!
The actual work carried was fine but the car came back looking nearly worse than when came in after they had 'cleaned' it. There were a lot of smear marks inside an out. I had to clean the glass all round when I got home.
The sales exec. Was very professional, she knew about the car I test drove and was very helpful. The guy who came to agree a price was not fair let alone wanted to do a deal.

Michael always looks after me very well in the service department. Loan car also a useful part of the service process.
Was asked if I wanted car washing, I said only if you have time. Returned to collect, car in car park, workshop done. Reception said car now being washed. After 30 mins was given key and found car still not washed and I could have left 30 mins early.

I had to chase up my deposit refund and free gift and I would question £50 free fuel as the level seemed a little low

Not so was given the complete explanation re availability of my new car. At the time of purchase I was advised that car existed and just needed delivery. I then received emails telling me that the car was being built!
Grace in the Kings Lynn branch was a fantastic sales person! nothing was to much trouble..
