When I rang Listers about my car's water loss they couldn't fit it in for over a week. BMW Assist told me to take the car to Listers and it was fixed the next day, so why the original long wait?
Firstly they werent expecting me as they had the date for my booking wrong. They overcame that hurdle.Secondly I asked for a wheel alignment but that wasnt possible as the machine was broken. The car wasnt washed because the wash bay was flooded
Kings Lynn branch has a very high standard, always helpful and great coffee in the waiting area.
Its a true 5star service, being looked after whilst waiting and informed about the progress of the service.
The service was excellent but pricey compared to other manufacturers. Staff were knowledgeable, positive and helpful at all times. Extremely detailed feedback on completion of service. Free car valet was a bonus.
They changed the oil!

Meets my expectations
From the start to booking in to then arriving for service the service levels were excellent, driver waiting to take me home, called to advise when car was ready and that everything was fine really pleased with service, especially from Matthew
Disappointing to arrive and find they had no note of my request for a lift into my office & £5 part for the rear wiper I had explained I needed when booking had not been ordered, requiring me to come back on another day. The staff were friendly.

Everyone that I dealt with was extremely polite and professional and the work was carried out efficiently with no problems.
I was unable to bring my car in for service, so someone came out and collected it and then returned a newly serviced and clear car to me. What's not to like?

Wanted to charge me £5 for a courtesy car, did not solve the historic issue from purchase with no discussion of options apart from to say it would cost £200 to 'clean' my brake pads.
So helpful and competent.

Meet the standards I expect when I visit
The experience at the Centre was very good and the speed of attention was excellent, but I had 4 tyres fitted. They were 255s at the front and 275s at the rear, my tyre pressure monitor measured the inflation at 30psi which is not correct.
They were efficient and relatively quick. It is a shame my visit was because of a manufacturer's recall.
I was even offered a ride to the railway station when dropping off my car for repair
Good, prompt service looked after by friendly staff
As I work, I was not able to get the courtesy car back until the next day, they did not mind and was very happy to allow that.

I was satisfied that my problem was being dealt with efficiently.
The lad that did the paperwork was fine. Very polite. I was only going home and then returning courtesy car so wasnt going to replace that fuel, which I told him. BMW called my car in.
We are happy to journey 60+ miles to get the car serviced, we would not use the local BMW.....we are extremely satisfied with the service we receive from Listers Kings Lynn.

I was a little unhappy about the tow bar fitted. It did not fully meet the requirements for a bike trailer

Jamie and Anthony catered to my needs and more and found the exact spec on a car that I wanted.
Customer service from walking in the door to doing the deal to driving it away was fantastic, so good we bought a 2nd car ( however the experience on that sale has lead us to complain )
They have been really helpful just not sure about the vehicle
We took a long time deliberating and testing out which model and optional extras we wanted but Adam Marriott at Listers King's Lynn was very patient, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
