Unable to get a courtesy car. Had run out. Was also expensive.
Could not have asked for any more.
Overall, a positive experience. Procedures explained in advance; service carried out within time estimates; all appropriate checks and actions undertaken in a thorough and professional manner.
There was a problem, due to wrong information from Germany. This is when you find out how good the service is and I am pleased to say it was resolved within an acceptable timeframe.

Everyone that I dealt with was extremely polite and professional and the work was carried out efficiently with no problems.
I was unable to bring my car in for service, so someone came out and collected it and then returned a newly serviced and clear car to me. What's not to like?

Wanted to charge me £5 for a courtesy car, did not solve the historic issue from purchase with no discussion of options apart from to say it would cost £200 to 'clean' my brake pads.

The experience at the Centre was very good and the speed of attention was excellent, but I had 4 tyres fitted. They were 255s at the front and 275s at the rear, my tyre pressure monitor measured the inflation at 30psi which is not correct.
I was even offered a ride to the railway station when dropping off my car for repair
They were efficient and relatively quick. It is a shame my visit was because of a manufacturer's recall.

As I work, I was not able to get the courtesy car back until the next day, they did not mind and was very happy to allow that.

The lad that did the paperwork was fine. Very polite. I was only going home and then returning courtesy car so wasnt going to replace that fuel, which I told him. BMW called my car in.

Customer service from booking-in through to the service and return of car was very good. Not 5-star purely due to mistake made regarding courtesy car that wasn't needed (test drive booked) and the related charge that had to be removed from bill.
Took the time to explain everything said the car would be ready at three which it was. I have dealt with many car companies and none of them come close to BMW . You should be very proud of your staff

No sooner had I left the forecourt and started my journey in the courtesy car the screen wash bottle was empty warning light came on and then the fuel warning light came on. I would have expected better attention to detail from a BMW dealer.

I was offered a complementary courtesy car, which led to over five hundred pounds being taken from my credit card without any prior knowledge. Problem was promptly sorted, and a cheque was sent to me (recorded delivery) but should never have happened
The reason for the visit was to establish the cause of a noise somewhere in the transmission system.It was not established but i was told it was not a problem.The noise persists however.
When I arrived to drop my car off I was told they had no record of my having purchased service inclusive plus. There is not enough room in the rest of this box to tell you the rest of the reason why

Although I had to have work done on the car including new tyres, I came away confident that whatever work was needed would have been done to the correct standard and I came away with a totally roadworthy machine.

Jamie and Anthony catered to my needs and more and found the exact spec on a car that I wanted.
We took a long time deliberating and testing out which model and optional extras we wanted but Adam Marriott at Listers King's Lynn was very patient, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
They have been really helpful just not sure about the vehicle
