I would have given completely satisfied had I been told about the folding rear seats , my question was the seats not folding down via the buttons , I was told no fault found , upon further investigation I found you have to open side door to enable it

Only problem was the car had to be kept over night to access a spare part to complete the job. We were loaned another car whilst they did the job, but it meant we had to keep it over night and return next morning and we live a long distance away.

Visited local BMW Centre initially but they only wanted to sell me a car from their stock. Left frustrated. Then approached Listers of Kings Lynn and they were brilliant from start to finish. The first garage need to go on a refresher training course

Great sales staff are key. A good balance between friendliness, engagement and high levels of communication. Poor engagement will see me walk away from a prospective purchase. After sales management is critical - my experience at Listers is excellent
