Delay in tyre arriving to dealership.
there was a dent on the car when I collected it - they say it was there when I brought it in - I had washed the car but had not seen anything abnormal.

I would have given completely satisfied had I been told about the folding rear seats , my question was the seats not folding down via the buttons , I was told no fault found , upon further investigation I found you have to open side door to enable it
From dropping off the car to collection was seamless and excellent service
Only problem was the car had to be kept over night to access a spare part to complete the job. We were loaned another car whilst they did the job, but it meant we had to keep it over night and return next morning and we live a long distance away.
The staff we helpful and patient and discussed all the options available to me.
Jack kept me informed regarding the state and timing of the repair and when he was not in the office someone else took his case load over.

Visited local BMW Centre initially but they only wanted to sell me a car from their stock. Left frustrated. Then approached Listers of Kings Lynn and they were brilliant from start to finish. The first garage need to go on a refresher training course

As I stated before the sales assistant at Listers was very good.
The offered a good discount on the car via CarWow and they helped us a lot in deciding which model of car to select. Once ordered they kept us fully informed about delivery date etc. Also, at no time did feel under any pressure to purchase.
The car was ready for me in the time given, time was spent covering the new features on the car.
